We recommend booking our services as early as possible to secure your date, Since we only take one booking per date, early booking is crucial. 

• 12-18 months in advance for full planning

• 6-9 months for partial planning

• 3-6 months for day-of coordination

Above is an ideal option but we have done events even within a short time period ( within weeks / months) 

We are happy to work with any vendors you choose or recommend our trusted vendors who have proven to deliver excellent services. Our goal is to ensure you have the best team for your wedding.

 Yes, we assist with creating and maintaining a detailed budget to ensure all expenses stay within your agreed limits if you choose Full wedding planning. We help you make informed decisions to get the most value for your budget.

If your chosen package is Day coordination or Partial wedding planning, we make recommendation where applicable. 

We understand that sometimes plans change. The date can be changed subject to availability. 

Please note if our rates has changed then new date will come with a revised rate, and the pricing may change accordingly.

We are mainly covering Colombo to Negombo and Mount Lavinia. 

Certain cases  we do take Day Coordination but there will be additional cost for accommodation and transportation .

Our team typically arrives at the venue 4 to 4.5 hours prior to the event start time. During this time, we ensure all arrangements are meticulously prepared and provide essential support to the couple for their preparations and photoshoots. We stay available until the conclusion of the event, ensuring a seamless experience throughout. Please note, specific timings may vary based on the event agenda.

Example Timings:

• Morning Weddings: Typically from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

• Evening Weddings: Generally from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Timing may slightly change based on the agenda.
