Initially known as Style Planner Events, our company quickly grew due to our unique and professional service. As our reputation flourished, we embraced the name Weddings by Dila, a reflection of the personal touch and familiarity that our clients have come to love.

Weddings by Dila has proudly established itself as the best and leading wedding planner in Sri Lanka. We have had the honor of planning multiple weddings within the same families, with three siblings or more returning to us to create their special day. Hello! I'm Dilani Gomis, the heart and soul behind Weddings by Dila.

With over a decade of experience in the wedding industry and a background as an IT Project Manager for Fortune 500 companies, I bring passion, creativity, and a personal touch to every wedding I plan. My unique blend of project management skills and wedding planning expertise ensures that your special day is as magical and memorable as your love story.

BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology from Staffordshire University,
